This role will be responsible for ensuring the office and our distribution facilities are operated professionally, effectively and efficiently by providing support in office management, operations management, administration, people operations and events. Although this role is based in Sydney, this will be a global role with coverage across Sydney, Perth, the USA and Europe. This role will play a critical part in the growth of the organisation from facilities and employee support perspective.


  • Manage resources to ensure that reception (phone and visitors)  is operational between standard working hours. 
  • Manage the office space, storage and distribution facilities inclusive of receiving deliveries, managing couriers, maintaining and organising storage facilities
  • Maintain office supplies, research specific purchase information for regular goods and services required by the office and negotiate contracts for the supply of such goods and services. 
  • Arrange internal staff movements/office relocation, including setting up workstations, arranging office space, building furniture, moving furniture, managing repairs and maintenance, manage utility providers and contractors, maintain a clean, sanitary office
  • Coordinate activities associated with the maintenance of building facilities and equipment including the administration of building security/access for employees.
  • Manage the assignment of IT assets, organise IT repairs and replacements, set up hardware and software as part of our on-boarding process.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are in place and adhered to
  • Manage events and functions and add value to our company culture.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks dependent on volumes across teams

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a hands-on Office Manager/Coordinator role or similar.
  • Excellent administrative skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (G-suite).
  • You will be results-driven and a self-starter that upholds excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • You will be great at prioritising individual workload with that of the Team.
  • You will be a true problem solver that can think out of the box to get the job done.

Highly desirable skills and experience

  • Experience in a newly created position or fast-changing environment would be highly beneficial. 
  • Experience working for a fast-paced technology company
  • Tertiary education or equivalent
  • Keen interest in automation technology
