The Role:

The Customer Strategy Senior Associate will work across the SME business, leading our customer strategy, insights and content strategy to grow our business. You will work with many different parts of the organisation, including Brand, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Product.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and deliver insights on our key customer personas, including regular reporting on market trends for the persona
  • Build compelling, data-driven content strategy to build the Airwallex brand, generate high-value leads and create loyal advocates
  • Deliver on the content strategy through deep thought leadership with leaders in the industry through partnerships and research
  • Empower our sales, partnerships, marketing and product teams with deep customer insights and content

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, customer strategy or B2B marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential
  • Experience in delivering initiatives
  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is advantageous
