Responsibilities

The Customer Success Delivery Executive is responsible for:

  • Building and managing client relationships across Enterprise & Mid-tier accounts
  • Management of the change management process
  • Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement for innovation, best practice, process improvement
  • Share customer learning and the specifics of Archistar Customers to internal stakeholders. Become the internal expert for our Archistar Customers’ needs
  • Uncover new opportunities and be accountable for Customer churn
  • Creation and maintenance of Success Plans for portfolio of accounts

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in relevant field
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong customer management skills
  • A history in driving customer advocacy
