We're looking for a Head of UX who enjoys designing creative solutions and combining their passion for both people and product. You will be responsible for leading and developing UX+UI frameworks to deliver simple, clean, engaging and innovative experiences to our 200,00 users that engage with our platform everyday.

Working closely and collaboratively with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Experience teams, you play a critical role in providing user research and designs that achieve the key objectives of our customers, products and business.


  • Guide the design of creative solutions through high fidelity designs and prototypes to deliver beautifully crafted product experiences at scale
  • Establish user groups, customer research and testing processes with regular feedback mechanisms to collect qualitative and quantitative data
  • Use research insights to produce journey maps, process flows and product improvements and recommendations
  • Develop, measure and expand user experience metrics including customer satisfaction, NPS, usability efficiency and ease of use of our products
  • Create and enforce consistent design conventions, standards and patterns following best practices
  • Be an advocate of data-driven design and use insights to inform decisions
  • Grow a culture of design and ship with speed, consistency, and quality


  • 3+ years leading UX/UI efforts and 5+ years design experience for a SaaS product
  • Deep knowledge of current UX design strategies and trends across both web and mobile platforms
  • Champion of user-centric design that involves rapid experimentation, testing and iteration of designs
  • Background of experience with applying principles of design thinking, Agile and Lean methodology as well as UX design frameworks and best practice
  • Analytical & data driven (both quantitative and qualitative) and can turn insights into actions
  • Expert experience with design & UX tools (Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, etc)
  • Possesses great empathy and superb understanding of different types of users, from conventional users to expert players
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and be nimble towards changes
  • Be a collaborative team player and encourages cross-functional communication, both internal and external


  • Experience of usability, accessibility techniques, hardware and software restrictions so that products work for a wide audience in a range of contexts
