Role Overview:

As Senior Product Manager for Credit Products, you will own the credit scoring and credit report strategy for the Australian, the UK and US markets. You have a deep understanding of credit products, systems and companies and collide this with your excellent product and customer knowledge to achieve your goals: to help people all over the planet discover Finder and what our powerful platform can deliver for them. 

You will be responsible for fostering and growing relationships with credit score providers and financial institutions so that new capabilities can be created, allowing the birth of game-changing financial products and services. 

You will have a hands on, analytical and creative nature and you’re someone who gets out of bed every day thinking about new ways to grow the business.

You excel at delivering products that drive a commercially focussed but solidly engineered outcome from inception through to go-live including launch, operation and execution. Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize our Credit Score funnel and message to customers and members. Improve integration with our platform, website and app. 
  • Grow Credit Score integration to utilise it’s leverage across more products to grow membership revenue and membership insight.
  • Coordinate and prioritise credit product opportunities, colliding with bank accounts and other financial products and services. 
  • Build a deep understanding of our members, identifying and removing friction points as well as developing valuable new products and features for them. 
  • Embody, demonstrate and reinforce our company values.
  • Subject matter and domain expertise on Credit Scores, Credit Products and Services.
  • Travel internationally when required.
Essential Requirements of the Role:

  • Demonstrable strength, experience and knowledge of credit bureaus, credit scoring systems, credit partners, and credit ratings.
  • Product Management, including Discovery, Development and the Agile SDLC. 
  • Entrepreneurship and commercial acumen, leading the development of data driven business cases and business models for new investments 
  • Demonstrable expertise in defining, achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Customer analytics, marketing tactics and analytics products such as Segment, Iterable, Braze or Snowplow. 
  • Financial regulation in at least one of: USA, Australia, UK, Canada and Europe. 
  • Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, including ideas, mockups, testing, delivery and on-going tracking
  • A strong bias for action and hunger to see your work live, coupled with inspirational product leadership and solid relationship building skills. 
  • Keen eye for detail matched with an innovative, creative mind and excellent communication skills 
Nice to have:

  • An understanding of the comparison space.
  • Worked in a credit score company or a partner of a credit score company.
