As you can imagine, we are growing fast (we are about to welcome our 200th person in November), but not at expense of our culture. Our customers love us because we’re open, transparent and pragmatic - and we’re looking for the same in our Services Manager.

Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll be initially leading a team of 5, you will use your technical knowhow to guide a team of technical consultants in implementing our products with our customers’ data sources. Over time, we hope you will grow into managing this function with more reports.

In this role you will be:

  • Managing the commercial function of the team - establishing strategies to hit consultancy revenue targets
  • Managing the team’s resources efficiently and profitably while introducing agile methodology.
  • Working with the sales team to make sure we can fulfil and have planned for their success
  • Establishing a strong knowledge base of Phocas’ product offerings, becoming a recognised expert to the business, our clients and partners
  • Mentoring and guiding our consultants from a technical, operational and commercial standpoint and be their escalation point when needed
  • Working with our customers and all of our internal teams to ensure the full customer lifecycle is a smooth experience
  • Establishing working practices that allow for any size of client to enjoy a fully customised, scalable experience
