The team & role:

The Transactions team at Redbubble is responsible for designing, building and maintaining APIs, systems & internal tools that power our critical payments, orders, fulfilment & pricing systems which make it possible for us to effortlessly receive and process millions of orders.

We work collaboratively with engineers across the company to launch new features at scale and deeply value a pair programming, white-boarding and code reviews.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with other engineering teams as well as business stakeholders in the Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams
  • Solve challenging problems at scale using cutting edge technology
  • Work on continuous improvement of engineering standards, tooling, and processes

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to solve problems in a small focused team
  • A strong commitment to producing high quality products
  • Ability to work in areas outside of your usual comfort zone and show motivation for personal growth
  • Knowledge of Ruby/Rails, AWS, SQS (not a prerequisite).
