The Content Partnerships team is seeking a superstar Digital Creator enthusiast to join our Creator team and manage creator on-boarding and management for TikTok in Australia. The Creator team works with creators over different verticals and followings to help them build their accounts, perfect their content strategy, increase their posting frequency, and involve them in scalable creator programs. As a Creator Partner Manager, you and your team will help our TikTok Creators to build, grow, and expand their presence on TikTok while assisting them to develop into the next generation of rising TikTok creators. You will work with the team across a variety of marketing, digital media, and content initiatives.


  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high potential creators to TikTok
  • Foster strong relationships with creators and assist with their account management.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high potential TikTok creators in key content categories by developing customised analytical strategies.
  • Increasing Creators' content quality, frequency of posting, platform engagement, and audience growth.
  • Establish evolving best practices and educate new creators on how to optimise performance
  • Measure and analyse individual and overall creator performance.
  • Solicit, organise, and contextualise product feedback from creators and support with data.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators and support their initiatives. (Including attending off-site events/activation and facilitating monetisation opportunities)
  • Represent TikTok as best in class in the content creator space, building our reputation as great Creator partners.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of work experience in an external-facing partner role or creator facing experience in TV/media or Internet, working with talent and content creators
  • Deep understanding of the creator online video landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for TikTok
  • Comfortable providing customer support over the phone, email/web, and in-person at events
  • Willing to travel to visit partners, attend events etc.
  • Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organisation
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
