You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek. Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Associate Renewals Account Manager to join us in our mission to make as many culture-first companies possible through accessible people analytics.

As one of the members of our Renewals team, you will

  • Own a regional renewal quota for our current customer base, supporting/overseeing the Book of Business of more than one team
  • Own renewal touch points with the customer in partnership with Customer Success, to help identify, surface and mitigate churn risks that were not forecasted
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue during renewal process from current customers and facilitating lead generation for Account Managers
  • Collaborate with the broader Account Management team, to ensure net retention, and expansion of customers and revenue
  • Attend renewal business reviews and iterate on the subscription renewal process

What you bring to our camp

  • Ability to build relationships and overcome objections (“having tough conversations”)
  • Motivated to achieving a set sales goals and support broader Account Management team
  • You’re excited and motivated by building and refining processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using various sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, DocuSign) is a plus

After 3 months, you will

  • Be able to confidently understand our full product suite and effectively expand current Book of Business
  • Work with the broader Account Management team to iterate on the renewal process
  • Own the renewal process and consistently deliver 10% growth on your Book of Business
