We are seeking a Vice President of Product to join our Product team. The Product team is responsible for the design, development and ownership of products that maximise value from HealthMatch assets.

As VP of Product you will work closely with the HealthMatch executive and Engineering team, taking ownership of the product roadmap and facilitating strategic prioritisation of product growth and requirements. This role is a full stack product role; at times it will be a hands on, tactical role along with high level strategy and leadership. You will be tasked with all product needs of HealthMatch - no matter how large or small.

You will be responsible for

  • Iterating and shaping the HealthMatch product vision 
  • Strategic and diligent management of the product roadmap
  • Communicating and advocating for the HealthMatch product roadmap
  • Effective collaboration across all HealthMatch teams to prioritise and deliver great product experience to HealthMatch users and customers
  • Considered customer and user engagement to inform future product decisions
  • Collaboration with HealthMatch’s engineering team to transform product ideas into shippable features
  • Collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to coordinate significant product launches
  • Facilitating collaboration with other functions to originate, support and drive effective content production
  • Building incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers and users, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders, partnering with CEO & CTO
  • Owning UX design efforts supporting product iterations (may be external and/or internal)
  • Identifying key trends affecting clinical trials and consumer health in the next 3, 5, and 10 years and spend time understanding the changing marketplace/healthcare ecosystem
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Build strong professional relationships with other members of the senior management team and ensure operational excellence in implementing the product and engineering roadmaps

  • Extremely well organised with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment

Desired qualifications / experience

  • 5+ years experience in a senior product role at a technology company
  • Extensive experience in interface design, research, and new product development
  • Demonstrated track record of success building, shipping, and iterating on high value teams and products within an agile software development environment
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and craft effective strategies to tackle them
