We have a young, rapid growth Melbourne team who are looking for a talented and strategic business development expert with strong account management and stakeholder capabilities.

 

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Excited by a greenfield growth opportunity in an established, category defining start-up.
  • Excited by growing and managing their own portfolio, and be motivated by the opportunity to be the master of your own destiny.

Your challenge:

  • Strategically target enterprise clients and manage key accounts developed from both warm and cold leads
  • Work autonomously, meeting clients &  preparing and delivering client pitches
  • Build a Strategy to plan your approach to manage and empower companies in your portfolio
  • You will spend time both on new business and also growing existing accounts in order to achieve your quarterly sales target
  • Identify prospective clients or segments that may be in need of Expert360
  • Work closely with the marketing team identifying innovative strategies to build brand awareness to increase client engagement and retention
  • You will be influencing the product team by sharing client insights to further improve to the platform and overall user experience

Your ideal background:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales development environment.
  • Business Development, Sales, Recruitment or other business related fields having been a high performer within your field.
  • You will be client-centric, passionate and driven to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

  • Highly motivated to succeed with strong commitment to personal and professional development

  • A strategic, consulting mindset – You understand your client’s business and strategy so that you can properly align our capabilities to their most important initiatives and priorities.
