Rezdy emerged when our founder Simon who was operating a dive centre in Thailand became frustrated at spending more time behind a desk handling bookings than sharing his love of diving, adventure sports and marine life with customers. Simon identified this gap in the market and in 2011 Rezdy opened for business. Today, thousands of operators and agents in over 100 countries trust the Rezdy platform.

We have a newly created opportunity for a Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue and take ownership of business growth primarily within the Online Travel Agents space.

Key to your success in this role will be extensive industry knowledge and a network that can provide momentum.

You will have a significant degree of autonomy to really show off your sales and relationship management skills and as we grow there’s enormous opportunity for you to grow with us. You will however be surrounded by a fantastic team of people, all there to  deliver exceptional customer value end to end.

You’ll be pitching at C Level so you’ll need to be comfortable taking a seat at the table and influencing some of the most influential in the industry.

You will:

You are:

  • A successful business development manager or sales executive
  • Proven track record in delivering on sales strategies
  • Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy
  • Exceptional focus and drive
  • A Collaborative self starter who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot)
  • Tourism industry knowledge
  • Commercially exceptional and an adept negotiator
  • Experience in SaaS or Booking Software is a plus
  • Curious, passionate and genuine
  • Looking for professional and personal growth with a growth mindset
  • Always looking to do things better whether it’s your metrics/services/ process - we want contributors not passengers
