Job description

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in coaching team members on how to implement and optimise products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex challenges and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Demonstrated success in business development client relationship and servicing skills, and solution-based selling.
  • Comfortable with numbers and complex analyses, with the ability to synthesise results, draw conclusions and to convert them into business opportunities.

  • Work towards strategic business goals, while prioritising and delivering an excellent experience to our advertisers via their agency partners.
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders at global and local agencies with the goal of extending relationships, increasing our client and agency base, and optimising their advertising investment.
  • Take responsibility for and strengthen relationships across multiple levels.
  • Build compelling, data-driven long term client and agency plans, leveraging internal and third-party data.
  • Synchronise plans with internal cross-functional teams to further develop our relationships and reach.
