Job description

You know the difference between good and great work, and you can manage stakeholders as well as the creative. You have a point of view about your work and a focus on digital product and branding. Your communication skills are not limited to visuals – you can write and present your ideas clearly. It should go without saying, but you practice design excellence by delivering best practices and exploring new territory to continually refine your approach.


You are:

  • experienced (4+ years)
  • an expert in branding and visual design
  • well versed in UI and interaction design
  • at home with facilitating meetings or workshops
  • known for your strong aesthetic and growth mindset
  • thirsty for good work

You should also be:

  • curious and perceptive
  • flexible and patient
  • willing to take risks
  • generous and empathetic
  • organised and resourceful

You know how to use:

  • Figma
  • Creative Suite
  • various project and time management tools
  • After Effects (or knowledge of it a plus)

You’re partial to:

  • flexible work hours
  • work BFFs (specifically with these people)
  • snacks
  • mentoring
  • sick beats
  • competitive frisbee
