Job description

We’re looking for an experienced, multi-talented graphic designer who has a thorough understanding of digital marketing and UX. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast paced, team-based environment and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. This position sits in the Marketing Team and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.


The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:

  • Is digitally savvy and understand the importance of a great user experience. 
  • Has a strong focus on digital, but can easily switch up and work on print projects as well.
  • Understands that design is an important form of communication, not just making things look pretty.
  • Is collaborative and accountable.
  • Doesn’t take feedback personally and welcomes other people’s opinions.

Experience required:

  • Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, After effects, Acrobat.
  • EDMs/digital marketing pieces across all devices.
  • Outdoor Marketing campaigns.
  • Wordpress.
  • Mailchimp.
  • Facebook Ads.
  • Webpage design.
  • Animation.
  • End to end print collateral.
  • Not required, but preferred: 
    • Basic knowledge of coding - languages such as HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript.
    • Video editing experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain our modern and progressive visual identity.
  • Use the Adobe Creative Suite to design and produce online graphics and banners for marketing campaigns.
  • Create cutting edge design for both print and digital channels. For example, website, advertising, emails, banners, social media and other digital media as required.
  • Design and produce print collateral, e.g. publications, advertising and other print material as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to innovate new creative concepts and designs to meet briefs and organisational objectives.
  • Produce high quality and engaging film, digital video and online video content for social media such as their website, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Create videography and photography using an array of associated software such as Premier Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.
  • Coordinate event and on-site filming.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to write creative and original content for digital channels and scripts for video.
  • Participate in planning and the strategising of marketing campaign execution including content, scheduling, platform selection and data measurements.
  • Project budget management and administration.
  • Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to prepare reviews and evaluate campaigns to determine effectiveness.
