Customer obsession is one of our key values. We’re looking for an allrounder customer service manager who is keen to dive in and get their hands dirty, passionate about food and wants to work in a high-growth start up.
This position will report directly to the Country Manager and will work closely with the Finance and Operations Manager, Head of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer.
The role will require you to build up the Customer Service team, their processes and the service level agreement of the team from scratch and turn it into a well-functioning part of the EatClub business.
