We do this through our fast-growing consumer marketplace app. On one side, it allows restaurants to provide dynamic pricing to help them fill their empty tables and drive profitability and atmosphere. And on the other side - it incentivises customers ‘eat out, more often’ through great deals on food and drinks.

Position Description

Customer obsession is one of our key values. We’re looking for an allrounder customer service manager who is keen to dive in and get their hands dirty, passionate about food and wants to work in a high-growth start up.

 

This position will report directly to the Country Manager and will work closely with the Finance and Operations Manager, Head of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer.

 

The role will require you to build up the Customer Service team, their processes and the service level agreement of the team from scratch and turn it into a well-functioning part of the EatClub business.

 

Some examples of how you’ll do this:

  • Set up reporting and create visibility on performance and costing of the department
  • Manage the customer service team and the control and planning of the rosters 
  • Develop new processes and structures to optimise the department 
  • Liaise with Country Manager and department heads to optimise internal processes and communication lines 
  • Handle all initial inbound communication from partner restaurants and customers 
  • Continuously find ways to improve our customer experience

A bit about you:

  • You are obsessed with our customers and their experience through EatClub 
  • You have relevant customer service experience and have led teams before 
  • You’re ambitious, capable of wearing many hats and really want to be a part of growing a business (both the highs and occasional lows) 
  • You’re a problem solver, creative thinker and take initiative
  • You’re a process builder
  • You’re customer oriented and well spoken
  • You are hands on, flexible and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality
  • You have an interest in technology, food and good experiences
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and bring positive energy everyday

The nitty gritty:

  • Office location – Sydney, Waterloo
  • Commencement date - ASAP - but flexible for the right person
  • Salary - $50,000 to $60,000 dependent on experience (excl. super)- and opportunities to grow and level up quickly!
