We have a high performing culture with each person bringing their own flavour to our diverse teams and partnering with us on this awesome, yet challenging journey. We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join the Financial Reporting team to take ownership of payroll and the expenses system globally. You will be a critical member of the team running this for our Australian offices and oversee both for our global offices - UK, US and Philippines. You will have the support of an experienced team (7) where you can learn and grow as well as being given the autonomy to take initiative.


The Role

  • Running payroll globally - process payroll for our two Australian offices and oversee this for the UK and USA partnering with local Accountants.
  • Take ownership for running our expenses software - coding for credit cards and working with stakeholders across the whole business. Overseeing this for our Manila office.
  • Performing month end accounting procedures
  • Production of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Communicating key metrics to the company
  • Assisting in large financial projects


  • Excellent stakeholder management - you will work with colleagues at all levels across our 5 offices daily
  • Ability to identify  issues - payroll and expenses submitted
  • Can take initiative and work autonomously
  • Superb time management capability
  • Team player - you will be working with a team with experience from around the globe, you must be excited to learn from these as well as have the confidence to share your ideas too
  • Desire for continuous learning - We would love for you to go on and do your CA course, we have three qualified Chartered Accountant’s in the team so you have the opportunity to be mentored and go on to do this
  • Degree qualification in Accounting/Finance
