Heart of the Role

Oneflare and its associated businesses are in the midst of a significant transition to a business-focused tech company. 

 

Over the past few months we have been busy reinventing ourselves from the inside out, making significant investments in our team in order to build the best technology we can. We are now ready to tell everyone how good our business is, and that’s where this role comes in. 

 

You will be responsible for calling businesses through a range of lead sources to encourage site engagement through flexible, first-use payments. Your goals are set around promoting and developing new business in the professional and trade service industries through strategic, consultative means. We are all about actively understanding the needs of our clients, tailoring the best solutions for them and ensuring an amazing customer experience throughout the process.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitating inbound and outbound consultative sales through the development of strategies and techniques
  • Calling active and disengaged leads to encourage first-use payments
  • Upholding consistent best practice to assist with the onboarding business user experience and minimisation of churn
  • Ongoing usage of educative and consultative strategies to encourage clients to port to more suitable products at a higher strategic value
  • Offering cross-sell opportunities for new and existing clients in addition to their regular usage payments with examples being comprehensive, passive exposure through feature endorsements

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar position or one in sales
  • Excellent communication; both written and verbal
  • Telecommunication experience preferred; cold calling a major bonus
