Our People Operations team is looking for an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our Talent Happiness team at Airtasker. The People Operations team at Airtasker takes on a product centric view of what is traditional HR. We apply a deep level of design thinking and systems thinking to over deliver on customer expectation. We design think to constantly deepen understanding of the user and the user journey. We apply systems thinking to ensure a minimum viable structure, process and systems are setup to maintain a high level of agility for the business. Most importantly we are champions of a data centric culture, promoting an objective approach to decision making.
