Your Mission

We’re growing fast. Last year alone we over doubled our team and opened an office in Denver. This is exciting and hard, but if you love a challenge it's mostly just lots of fun. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to play a critical role in our rapidly growing high-tech startup, solving real problems every day—and having fun while you're at it.

 

Right now, we’ve got more than 7,000 worksites in 120 countries using our products and we’re growing exponentially. Why aren’t you a part of it?

 

Your Role

Create and execute on smart recruitment strategies for a diverse set of roles. This will include:

  • Optimising the platforms and technologies to attract high quality inbound applications
  • Filtering the screening of applications
  • Headhunting – approaching passive individuals and promoting opportunities at Propeller
  • Working with best in class external recruiters, holding them to our own high standards

Deliver an excellent candidate experience. You'll act as the primary advocate for candidates, leading them through the entire recruitment process.

About You

  • Experience in fast-paced internal recruitment positions.
  • Experience in hiring for a diverse set of roles.
