The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with Australia’s leading payments technology start-up where you will deliver new servicing support in partnership with key partners including point-of-sale providers and banks.

We are looking for an excellent Service Representative who demonstrates experience and knowledge within a help desk environment. In this role you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support; answering help desk telephones and responding to customer emails while ensuring customer needs are met. In addition, you will find yourself responsible for the following:

  • Identify, document, and prioritise customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately
  • Follow up with engineers on product bugs and features, taking ownership of customers’ issues
  • Work cross functionally with other teams to improve product, policies and procedures

The Person:

This is a super role and to be successful you will be driven by customer success, have a passion for the FinTech Industry and keen to be part of a newly established business. We are keen to speak to people who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a help desk environment is essential for this role
  • Experience in POS/Fintech/Payment Integration
  • Strong networking and troubleshooting skills/understanding
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A 24/7 roster availability will be highly regarded
  • Preferably with ITIL exposure/certification
  • Can give utmost result with minimum supervision
  • Experience in working in a startup company is nice to have
