We are looking for Account Managers to join our team of industry experts that own our deep connection with our HUGE base of small business customers, helping them succeed and grow with Kounta at scale. This role is ideal for Account Managers who are looking to expand their skill set in a mix of one-to-one and one-to-many customer success.

  • Maintain a portfolio of small business customers, constantly having your finger on the pulse when it comes to their performance, engagement and growth with Kounta.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels to promote engagement, new product solutions and success with Kounta, determining what drives efficient, scalable growth that’s closely aligned with revenue.
  • Constantly analyse your customer’s health and performance, quickly identifying any opportunities for pro-active engagement and preventing churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Kounta to create a great end-to-end experience for our customers.
  • Monitor metrics daily, track KPIs, and take action on any trends you observe.


  • A hospitality background would be ideal, but if you don’t have that we’ll settle for lots of passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
  • Experience administering POS or other hospo tech such as reservation systems is a great head-start.
  • Account management, customer success, or digital marketing, experience or qualification is a bonus.
  • Enthusiastic about digital analytics, data management, marketing and customer portfolio analysis.
