Pinterest’s Small Business team connects small businesses with their customers and helps them grow.  We’re looking for an experienced leader to manage a growing sales team and achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas. The SMB Sales Manager will build sales programs and processes that will impact thousands of small business customers across Australia and New Zealand. Success in this position requires a strong ability to lead and inspire a team, sales, and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic team environment. 

What you'll do

  • Lead a high-performing team of Partner Managers and Account Managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets 
  • Execute and lead globally aligned strategy in the region, while influencing headquarter team with prioritised regional needs and insights
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
  • Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs and revenue across a diverse set of customers
  • Clearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zones
  • Motivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountability
  • Work cross-functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, sales operations, and marketing
  • Manage relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
  • A data-driven leader with the ability to lead large teams against aggressive goals 
  • Management experience with a demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others
  • Experience in process management, operations management, understanding how to grow and scale businesses
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate to an action plan
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, experience working with outsourced vendors a plus
