About the role

The Programs Coordinator is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of amazing Work Integrated Learning project programs engaging University students with industry. This role is a key part of our national Programs team, as part of a fast-growing global edtech and services company. This role will report to the Director NSW Programs, and offers the right person a growth pathway to a Manager role in the near future. This role is based in Sydney.

You love working with and for people: this means operating in a highly collaborative team environment, facilitating workshops, and supporting hundreds of students, industry mentors and educators to achieve positive outcomes. You thrive in an innovative, fast and agile working environment, quickly adapting to change. You are a ‘digital native’ comfortable with learning and using new technologies with a keen interest in edtech and/or experiential learning. You’re looking to grow, develop and be challenged!

Remuneration

  • $70K base + 9.5% Superannuation + $5K bonus + Employee Share Options

Scope of role

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation, planning, delivery and reporting of Practera programs, according to the delivery schedule / calendar
  • Liaise with and manage key external stakeholders (including university and industry partners) to support program delivery, including planning, student recruitment, program logistics and technical support and reporting
  • Coordinate & be involved with technical configuration and testing requirements
  • Manage, support and execute on the administrative requirements of program delivery (for example but not limited to, community management, participant support through multiple channels, managing workflows and documents, facilitating workshops from 20-200 people)
  • Actively help build up an ecosystem and network of relevant external contacts and partners
  • Data-driven program monitoring, evaluation and reporting

The ideal candidate

You should have the following experience and credentials:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in program management, program delivery and project management, preferably in a higher education or L&D context
  • Experience servicing customers, clients, students, product users (or other similar roles!)
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully executing across multiple programs & projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated proficiency with education technology and other contemporary technologies (eg; MS Office, G Suite, project management, social media, CRM & collaboration tools)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
