Are you a Marketer with a creative flair for Graphic Design? Are you looking for a role where you can use your skills to support different teams? Our marketing team will give you the chance to stretch out your wings across Brand and Product, in digital, physical, and experiential design.

Practice Ignition is about to scale, over the last 5 years we have been laying the foundations for our growth, and with our recent funding success are hitting the ignition switch. with the opening of 3 new international offices, we are looking for new team members to help us continue our success.

The things you will be working on every day

  • Work closely with Brand
  • Slide decks
  • Social media artwork
  • Booth designs
  • Illustrations/visuals for website
  • Collateral
  • Swag
  • Maintain style guides
  • Artwork for blog/ help center
  • Work with events coordinators on collateral ordering/swag

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency using the tools of the trade: Asana, Confluence, Google Work, HubSpot, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite, Zapier
  • Demonstrated graphic design experience
  • High-level skills and experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Understanding of, and experience in, corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media
  • Ability to receive highly complex briefs/information and translate into simple, effective visual communication
  • High level analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Smart time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle criticism without taking it personally
  • Willingness to travel to events, meet with potential customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and other events
  • Basic understanding of marketing design
  • Ability to show initiative, be flexible, and solve problems on the run
  • Willingness to learn and understand the Practice Ignition product and value proposition
