Chances are that if you’ve booked a tour or activity your booking came through Rezdy’s backend.
Our Customer Success Team delight in providing the best possible experience and play an integral role in supporting and retaining our customers. Being the actual definition of ‘awesome’ you will set upon your crusade to solve our customers’ 1st and 2nd level technical issues with empathy and positive energy that is infectious.
What you will do

  • Become a Rezdy product guru
  • Leave no stone unturned - be proactive, curious and creative when troubleshooting customer queries
  • Assess issues for escalation
  • Report trends related to bugs and feature requests back to the tech team
  • Respond to customer emails and tickets within the agreed timeframes
  • Actively collaborate with your teammates and the broader Rezdy family to help us nail every customer experience
  • Be committed to your own learning
  • Meet productivity targets
  • Handle subscription and cancellation inquiries
