Showpo has a rare and exciting opportunity for a hands on Head of Digital Marketing to own the digital marketing strategy, focusing on performance media and digital marketing. This role will also manage our talented Paid Media, Digital Marketing and CRM teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy (balancing both brand and performance) to drive revenue growth and profit
  • Define, execute and measure data marketing strategies. Using data to analyse performance and to drive growth. 
  • Drive tactics and strategies to improve the user experience through conversion rate optimisation and personalisation 
  • Taking full ownership of the Digital Roadmap you will manage Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO, lead generation, App Acquisition and the entire customer funnel including customer retention.
  • Experience in social media, content, influencer marketing and ATL marketing desirable.
  • Responsible for recruitment, leadership and performance of the marketing digital team and external marketing contractors or service providers
  • P&L accountability and budgeting to maximise sales and profit
  • We also expect the person in this role to be able to get hands on as well as manage their team.
