We're currently on the look out for a not-so-ordinary person to join our not-so-ordinary company in the Sales department! The role is for a Team Lead for one of our Business Development Executive team in Melbourne. This is a role for someone who loves the art of selling, has an interest in people and a natural panache for technology!

What you’ll be doing

  • Regular coaching and career development conversations with your team to ensure on-target performance
  • Ensure our sales qualified leads generation efforts meet quality and quantity expectations
  • Execute sales campaigns, deliver accurate forecasting and comprehensive reporting
  • Manage the acquisition of your own lead pipeline to lead by example on the best practices for lead generation and sales approach
  • Answer any complex, technical and product questions and ensure the sales team is following the correct process as set out by the regional director

What you need to bring

  • Leadership experience, strong ability to coach and develop sales representatives
  • Work experience in selling SaaS products to SMBs
  • Bonus point if you have experience working in a retail environment
