We’re currently hiring three software engineers (full stack or back end) and are open to you being based in any location in Australia as we have flexible working arrangements and work from home or wherever we choose to on any given day. We want to chat with engineers who are passionate about building high-quality software and making a difference.

The role

The things we value in software development are Agility, Learning, Quality, Respect, and Fun. You will be working on greenfield projects and will take shared ownership of our products. You’ll be part of the decision making including the inception, planning, building, and running of our websites and internal systems.

Our tech stack

  • .NET Core MVC, Web API
  • React
  • Postgres
  • Docker
  • Plus, a little bit of Node

Desirable skills

  • Professional experience with React / Node / JavaScript
  • Experience in building visually compelling, user-friendly UI/UX
  • Strong desire to build inclusive and accessible products
  • Experience in REST APIs and optimising web app performance
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects
  • Some experience with AWS would be superb

The most important skill is having a great attitude - honesty, a motivation to learn and humility is what we’re looking for. We believe that good engineers can jump tech stacks relatively easily - so we’re expecting real-world experience from the breadth of tech you’ve worked on in different projects.
